Yes, that was my ode to John Denver.
Fifth in a series of photographs I'm taking as part of the Picture Spring project on Shutter Sisters.
The sun came out yesterday, I took Sweetpea and a friend to the park after school and basked for a few moments on the grass. There is nothing quite like that fresh mown lawn smell.
The spirits lift.....

our Easter sunshine is over now in Ontario -- rain now -- but not complaining since a year ago tomorrow we had a freak SNOW storm....
